We will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade one of our core databases in our US region. We’ve timed this window for our lowest period of Studio and Builder usage to keep the impact on your team as small as possible.
When: Friday, November 13, 8:00 PM EST to Saturday, November 14, 2:00 AM EST (02:00 – 10:00 UTC)
What will be unavailable during the window (US region): Appcues Studio The Appcues Builder MCP connections to Appcues Sign-in methods other than legacy authentication
What will not be affected: Live Flows, Checklists, and other published experiences will keep showing to your end users as normal Experience targeting and qualification will continue to work EU-region accounts
No action is needed on your part. We’ll post updates here when maintenance starts and when it’s done. Note: We've set a wider scheduled window than we hope will be necessary, so services may resume earlier than scheduled. Thanks for your patience while we make these improvements.
